It is a powerful lawnmower. It will break cell-walls of your smoothie ingredients, even avocado seeds. That is why its best descriptive name is the Power Blendtec Smoother and Micronizer. The five-sided 96 ounce container  (below) with dual-wing-tipped 4 inches wide blade makes it virtually impossible for any content getting stuck or not blended. All ingredients are met with its shear blade impacting force. The result is fully enhanced nutrition, with cell walls cracked open to release valuable nutrients. The Blendtec 20 AMP Blender Plug fits into the Nema 5-20R and the Nema 5-15P goes then into your regular receptacle. Your electrical circuit should be a 20-amp circuit. We recommend to change out your Nema 5-15R Receptacle with a Nema 5-20R.
